Acme Rogue and Ruffian Recruiters (ARRR, Ink) is a
pirate crew who focus on recruiting children to become pirates.
ARRR
finds them, signs them up on ships then administers the pirate
pledge. Most recruits are awarded signing bonuses as well.
ARRR
is based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, but for enough booty will
gladly travel the globe.
