| Haggis MacBoom - Quartermaster | |
![]() | Haggis was found working from ship to ship. He never stayed on any single vessel for long, things just seemed to disappear, almost as if he were a magician. We are all very close to Haggis, mostly so we can keep an eye on his hands. With him around we never find ourselves short of supplies. |
| Ahr Rose - Ships Historian | |
![]() | Ahr Rose was found wandering the high seas with her faithful toy poodle Alexandra. Both are know for their insatiable greed for treats and pretty things like gold and jewelery. Since Alex never really understood what a poop deck was for and Ahr Rose had rescued one too many a treasure from her captain, they decided a life on land might be wise. She is not know for violence or cruelty, but has a reputation for being greedy but only in the laziest method possible. If she says Give me money, I would. Of course maybe if you run she will be too lazy too follow, just make sure her musket isn't loaded. |
| Arabella Montique - First Mate | |
![]() | Arabella left land for sea when she found she was to be married off to a mirror salesman, which might have been bad luck. She sailed the seven seas and sank many a ship. Sad thing was they were all the ships she was on. For Arabella is just a little accident prone. Once she had an idea that if she shot a cannon straight up it would go farther, unfortunatly what goes up must come down, and down went the ship. And there was the time the Murky Mermaid went up in flames....she had the thought that roasting marshmellows would be a good teambuildin' for the crew. Who knew rum and black power could be so flamable?! For some reason after more than a dozen ships went down to Davey Jones, the rumor came about that women are bad luck on a ship. Arabella will of course not let this rumor stand. Now as a proud crew member of the Lame Duck (mostly because the Captin is a little daft), she is determend to recruite young lads and wenches to pirating and educating them about the great lady pirates! |
| Macalhaney O'Malley - Navigator | |
![]() | Macalhaney is an experience navigator. She is not know for her ability to read a compass, understand a map or navigate by stars. She has joined us since her last venture at sea. She was to navigate the ship to Tortuga, but distracted by a passing cloud, they ended up grounded on the Howard Franklin Bridge. Once the laughter subsided, everything is always funny on the Howard Franklin, the crew voted she was just to valuable a person to risk loosing at sea and should remain on land, helping others find their way to a life at sea. |
| Oddly O'Diferous - Captain | |
![]() | Oddly was a long time sailor with a less than reputable background. Originally a sailor in Her Majesty's navy, his gastro intestinal difficulty caused him to be dismissed shortly after joining. He signed up on a trading vessel. The vessel having been caught in calm seas, ran out of rations with the exception of beans. None but Odd survived the voyage. Upon making landfall, Odd decided to take the ship and seek his own fortune. He obtained a crew out of Tortuga and set sail looking for a likely vessel. The ship was no more than a day out of Tortuga, about an hour after the evening meal of spiced pork, when someone lit a match to light the lanterns. The ship burned to the waterline with few survivors. Unfortunately it became impossible for Odd to find a place on board a ship. He has turned his expertise to the recruiting of sailors seeking a life a sea. We feel very fortunate to have his experience, if not his odor, in the Arrr, Inc. crew. |
| Queasy - Ships Cook | |
![]() | Queasy's problem became apparent immediately upon setting out for his first voyage. Unfortunately, what the ship saved in food was not made up by the fact that he spent the entire voyage observing the water over the side of the vessel. Given what an enjoyable, friendly and giving person Queasy was, this short coming might have been overlooked. That is would have been, until that day when he was less green than usual and the Captain ask if he would like some salt pork. It was not until they made land that the Captain was able to get the smell out of his coat. The Captain decided to re-direct Queasy's career, he felt his future should probably be on land. Granted it would have been kinder to assist Queasy off the boat in port instead of in the shark infested waters surrounding the port, but Captains will be Captains. |
| Dead Tom - Crew | |
![]() | Tom is the talkative one of the group. He has spent a VERY many years at sea. In his later years he has slowed down a little. As a mater of fact he has been fairly quite for the last few months, so much so you would almost forget he was there. But then he tells one of his stories, we all laugh and it is good old Tom again. Tom is the number one recruiter three years running in the Dead Sea territory. |
